About Central Lake, MI - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in the U.S. Sate of Michigan, Central Lake is a small village in the Antrim County with a total population of 952 people only. The village is found in the center of a chain of rivers and lakes in the Antrim County and comes under the boundaries of Central Lake Township.

Central Lake covers a total area of 3.24 square kilometers with 2.77 square kilometers of it is land while the remaining 0.47 square kilometers is water. The village is home to 253 families and supports 387 households. It has a population density of 343.5 people per square kilometer. The racial markup of the village is 0.3% Asian, 0.9% Native American, 0.1% African American, 96% White, 0.3% other races, 2.3% from two or more races and 1.4% Latino or Hispanic.

The plan of the village was set in 1883 after which the Chicago and Western Railroad started a depot in the village in 1892. However, the place was incorporated a village in 1895, 12 years after its plan was introduced.

Today Central Lake is very famous destination for tourists as its scenic beauty is one of its kind. People from all over the world come to this village to enjoy the amazing views and the calm and natural environment.

The climate of the region varies widely as summers are hot with temperatures going up to 30°C while in winters the temperature could drop till -10°C.
